I have to admit, the title of this post is just a little bit tongue in cheek.

The reason? Well, I have personal issues with a lot of personal mobility vehicles. And, you guessed it, GM’s new series of EN-V concepts are pretty much all personal mobility vehicles.

I see the practicality — especially here. You see, GM is working in conjunction with SAIC, their China based partner.

Shanghai, Beijing: cities that thriving could seriously benefit from vehicles like this. Sure, they are not the most aesthetically pleasing things in the world, but I’ll grant you that there are types out there who find them cooler than anything.

And for that area, they are beyond practical.

IDEA — that is, the IDEA Institute — the Turin based manufacturer, is bringing a slice of Italy to Geneva.

This is a brand new design aesthetic and direction. Not only that, but the car is a hybrid, taking this four seater sedan right to the top of everybody’s list.

The Sofia is related to IDEA’s ERA concept, as you can see its in shape and its sleek lines.

It was the automaker’s desire to embody all Italy is known for in this car: beauty, elegance, style, and overall look.
